Pumpkin Soup


1 pumpkin chopped
1/2 can of coconut cream
1 can of coconut milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese


Put all ingredients (except cheese) in to slow cooker, slowly mixing through out the day.
Ready to serve in 4 hours (you can also freeze this in a container and keep for around 2 months) sprinkle cheese on top.
