
Mentality
"Going through the struggles of feeling overweight, I think it is so important to make sure you are in the right frame of mind before you wish to achieve your goals. Below is a plan of what I done when I was going through my journey which I hope will help you too. In the first month to a better you, I think we should focus on Gratitudes and Meditation. I will be updating this every 2 weeks. Its a minimum habit but very effective if you keep at it.
Gratitudes
- At the beginging of my journey I felt extremely low so I worked on ways to make myself feel better and being grateful everyday for something already in my life made me improve
- Write down 10 things you are grateful for in your life and why.
- Below is an example of my gratitude list. When you have written your list, print it out and put it somewhere you can see every morning you wake up so you don't forget to say your blessings to yourself.
Meditaion
- Make sure to take at least 15 minutes of your day to meditate. Make time not excuses. Your mind is like a garden, in order to let it grow you must water it, just like your mind.
