Meatfree Meatballs


Quorn Swedish style balls
3 cups whole tomatoes
½ cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup of basil minced


Heat the oil in a large pan and cook meatballs until brown

Add garlic and basil and cook, stirring often, until beginning to brown, about 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and season with salt.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer gently until sauce is slightly thickened, 10-15 minutes. 

Add meatballs and serve with maybe some grated cheese.
