Cinnamon Crisps

Cinnamon Crisps
* 10 gluten free tortillas
* Olive Oil
* 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon

FRUIT SALSA
* 2 granny smith apples minced
* 1/2 lemon juice minced
* 4 strawberries minced
* 6 raspberries minced
* 2 tablespoon Preserve fruit of your choice 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C, or you can use your air fryer.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix fruit salsa ingredients . Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
Coat one side of each GF tortilla with cooking spray.
Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a baking tray or how you would place them in your air fryer.
Mix cinnamon and coconut sugar together.
Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes or your air fryer. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges.
Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
